YTG ESPORTS does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. We may share data with trusted payment processors, cloud hosting partners, and law enforcement when legally required. All partners are bound by strict data protection agreements.

By downloading, installing, or using the YTG ESPORTS application, you agree to be legally bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use YTG ESPORTS. Residents of Assam, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Nagaland, Sikkim, and Odisha are restricted from participating in paid tournaments on YTG ESPORTS.

2. Account Registration

Each user may maintain only one account on YTG ESPORTS. Creating multiple accounts will result in permanent ban and forfeiture of all wallet balances.

3. Deposits & Wallets

Bonus credits on YTG ESPORTS (including the Rs.10 signup bonus) are non-transferable and cannot be directly withdrawn — they must be used for tournament entry fees.

4. Tournament Rules

YTG ESPORTS determines results based on official in-game data. Once a tournament begins, entry fees are non-refundable. YTG ESPORTS reserves the right to cancel any tournament in case of technical issues, offering full refunds.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users of YTG ESPORTS are prohibited from: using hacks, mods, or cheat software; creating fake accounts; abusing the referral system; match-fixing; and exploiting platform bugs.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with YTG ESPORTS shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

YTG ESPORTS is committed to transparency in all financial matters. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

1. Deposit Refunds

Funds deposited into your YTG ESPORTS wallet are generally non-refundable. If a deposit was made in error or a duplicate transaction occurred, contact support within 24 hours. YTG ESPORTS will investigate and process valid refund claims within 5–7 business days.

2. Tournament Entry Fee Refunds

Once you confirm your entry in a tournament on YTG ESPORTS, the entry fee is non-refundable. However, if a tournament is cancelled by YTG ESPORTS due to technical issues or insufficient participants, 100% of the entry fee is automatically refunded to your wallet within 2 hours.

3. Failed Payment Refunds

If your payment fails but the amount is deducted, YTG ESPORTS will initiate an automatic refund within 3–5 business days. Contact support if the amount is not credited within this timeframe.

4. Bonus Credits

Bonus credits credited by YTG ESPORTS are non-refundable and non-withdrawable. They can only be used for tournament entry fees within the platform.

YTG ESPORTS is built on integrity, sportsmanship, and fair competition. This policy outlines our zero-tolerance stance on cheating and misconduct.

1. Zero Tolerance for Cheating

YTG ESPORTS strictly prohibits the use of any unauthorized third-party software, aimbots, wall hacks, speed hacks, macros, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage. Our automated systems and human moderation team actively monitor all tournament matches.

2. Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors are strictly banned on YTG ESPORTS: match-fixing or deliberate losing; team collusion in solo tournaments; account sharing; using banned devices or emulators; and any form of harassment or threatening behavior toward other players.

3. Reporting Violations

YTG ESPORTS encourages players to report suspected cheaters through the in-app reporting tool or by emailing support@ytgesports.com with match IDs and evidence. All reports are reviewed within 48 hours.

4. Consequences of Violations

Players found violating the Fair Play Policy of YTG ESPORTS will face: immediate disqualification, forfeiture of winnings, suspension or permanent ban, and in fraud cases — legal action under Indian law.

5. Appeals Process

If you believe you have been penalized unfairly by YTG ESPORTS, submit an appeal within 72 hours to support@ytgesports.com. Decisions made by our review panel are final.
